Description
We love a letter rack or desk organised – so handy whilst adding a bit of character to any home – and this is a extra large version. It is a love warm tone of wood. There are three levels for storage the front one divided into four compartments, the next level is halved with the left side open and the right again divided in two. The back level is divided in two only. There are sides, back and front have lovely arched curved detailing, but other than that nicely plain.
The piece is solid and the internal dividers are not removable. Each compartment has a hole in the bottom to ease cleaning etc, but would mean very small items could not be kept in them.
As we say the piece is solid, there are some very slight scratches in place. One joint on the left front is slightly gaping but not broken, and the other side has a little split but is not gaping or broken. All in all it’s in good vintage condition. We really try and be as honest as possible. Please see photos.
Obviously useful in the office or study, but also the hall or kitchen. Post and useful pieces of paper can be kept in one place. Really a stunning statement piece – we’ve never seen anything like this and even with research online – we almost feel it’s unique.
