Description
💚 These little trinket dishes are gorgeous – the lesser known sage green Jasperware. Instantly recognisable as Wedgwood – always a classic but in this lovely shape would look amazing in a modern interior. Obviously beautiful in their own but also it is a perfect as a little trinket dish on a bedside table or dressing table, to hold earrings or other jewellery. The perfect little treasures ✨
They are all different – two are very similar with two reclining cherubs with a lying dog against a tree and pillar, and a standing cherub catching a butterfly, the only difference is just the butterfly is flying upwards or downwards. The other one is five cherubs dancing and playing music in a line with a sleeping dog at the base of a tree.
We are selling them separately as two are so similar, but you definitely could group as three (or even a pair). Please select the right one from the selection.
Type A – Three cherubs – butterfly flying upwards – dated 1957
Type B – Three cherubs – butterfly flying downwards – dated 1959
Type C – Five cherubs dancing – dated 1957
