Description
Lovely small vase by the highly sought after West German pottery. This is a Jasba’s Cortina crackle glazed vase in black and white. The white fat lava crackle glaze is on a black underglaze. This is a classically shaped urn bud vase of the 1950s and 60s. It is marked “Germany 595/19” on the bases – this is the style number.
Jasba Keramik introduced this successful range in 1955 and was sold into the 1960s.
In very good condition with no cracks or chips.
